Sippin' away at my Apricot Margarita,watching a "documentary" (that shall remain nameless), laundry, and attempting to stay awake... that is one busy night. I FINALLY got my patron infusing with pomegranate seeds, fresh from an actual pomegranate. That will infuse now for a full month, just in the knick-of-time for labor day.
The apricot margarita is pretty decent. People who know me, know that I appreciate a good apricot brandy though! This is a very nice fruity margarita, but it's not overly fruit like a lot of the other margs in the book.
More work to do, and more drinks to prepare! But only 34 margaritas left!
